7 Stages is more than a producing theatre company. We are an arts organization devoted to creating a productive process for
artists to create theatre that is ultimately meaningful to our audiences. There are many ways for people of all ages
and background to join the 7 Stages family:
- Subscribing: join us all season long as an audience member at enormous savings and some of the best subscription
perks in town.
- Donating: only 40% of 7 Stages' annual operating expenses are covered by earned income. We are deeply indebted to
the generosity of those individuals, corporations, foundations, and government agencies which make up the difference.
- Volunteering: the resources of your time are an extremely valuable asset. Whether as an usher, an events volunteer,
an administrative volunteer, a volunteer painter, or a part of our Community Mobilization Task Force, we can promise
you your time will be well spent.
- Auditioning: each year hold open auditions for certain productions as well as participate in the Unified auditions
through the Atlanta Coalition for the Performing Arts.
- Renting: our facility, including our 202-seat mainstage and our flexible-seating Back Stage Theatre, are available
for weekly rental. Some of the citys finest artists and companies have come through 7 Stages in our long history,
including Push Push Theatre, Synchronicity Performance Group, Out of Hand Theatre, Fly By Theatre, and True Colors
Theatre Company.
- The C.H.O.I.R.: you'll be singing the praises of this new program, which gives opportunities for our core supporters
to reach even deeper into an understanding of our process, producing and rehearsing new plays. Sign up and you follow
